Booking Policy for Theme Park Tickets
- You will be charged in full at checkout when purchasing theme park tickets.
- Tickets are sent to the email address you provided. Universal Studios tickets are
emailed immediately after purchase. All other tickets are manually fulfilled and sent
when our customer service team is in the office.
Extra Security Measures for Theme Park Tickets
- Orders flagged for potential fraud will require identity verification before emailing
tickets. In such cases, we’ll send you a verification link to protect both you and WAIDT
APP from fraud.
Theme Park Ticket Cancellations
- Cancellations are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
- Disney Tickets: If tickets are linked to a MyDisneyExperience account, we cannot void
or refund them. - SeaWorld & Smaller Attractions: If these tickets have been emailed to you, they are
non-refundable. - Once a ticket has been used, it is non-refundable. For example, no refunds are
available for the remaining days if you purchase a 3-day Disney World ticket and use
one day.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- Certain theme park or dinner show tickets are non-returnable. Used tickets or tickets
linked to a personal account cannot be returned.
Changing Dates for Theme Park Tickets
If you need to change your theme park visit dates, please contact the park directly or at
the guest services desk. If the new dates are more expensive, you must pay the
difference.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order
within 14 days without justification. The item must be in the same condition as
received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please have your
receipt or proof of purchase available.
Refunds
We will notify you about your refund status once we’ve received and inspected your
return. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business
days if approved. Please note that it may take your bank or credit card company some
time to process and post the refund.
